Do you have on-site parking and how much is it?

We don’t have on-site parking, but here are two convenient options:
Free Street Parking: Available outside the hotel from 5:00 PM to 9:00 AM daily.
Discounted Parking: At the Livat car park opposite the hotel. Book in advance via yourparkingspace.com for the best rates.

Do you have laundry facilities?

Yes, we offer a laundry service for an additional fee. Please contact reception for details.

Is there a mini fridge in the room?

Mini fridges are available in certain room types. Please check the room description before booking or contact us for confirmation.

Can we store luggage if we arrive before check-in?

Absolutely! If your room is ready before 3:00 PM, early check-in may be possible (additional fee applies). Otherwise, we’ll store your luggage free of charge until check-in time.

What’s the latest time we can check in?

Our reception is open 24/7. Standard check-in is until midnight, but if you plan to arrive later, please let us know so we can hold your room.

Can we have a late check-out?

Yes! After 11:00 AM, late check-out is £10 per hour, up to 2:00 PM. Please request in advance.

What size is the bed?

Our beds are comfortable doubles, measuring 160 cm x 200 cm. They do, however, vary based on room types; check the description.

Can I request a room on a higher floor, away from the lift?

We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but it cannot be guaranteed. We’ll note it on your reservation.
