Do you have on-site parking and how much is it?

We do not have on-site parking. However, the nearest secure car park is:

12 Phillimore Walk, London W8 7DU (approx. 15-minute walk).

If we arrive early, can we check in or store luggage?

Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. If your room isn’t ready, we’ll happily store your luggage free of charge until check-in time (3:00 PM).

What’s the latest time we can check in?

Our reception is open 24/7. Standard check-in is until midnight, but if you plan to arrive later, please let us know so we can hold your room.

Can we have a late check-out?

Yes! After 11:00 AM, late check-out is £10 per hour, up to 2:00 PM. Please request in advance.

Can I request a room on a higher floor, away from the lift?

We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but it cannot be guaranteed. We’ll note it on your reservation.
